Our Bahamas team, captained by Neil Mactaggart, enjoyed an excellent week of tennis in Washington at the IC Rod Laver North American Junior Challenge.
The competition concluded with a thrilling final between the USA and Mexico, with both teams tied at three matches apiece following the boys’ and girls’ singles and doubles. The championship came down to a deciding 10-point mixed doubles tiebreak, with Mexico emerging victorious and securing a place in next year’s World Finals.
Congratulations to Team Bahamas on a great week of competition!
